For over twenty-five years, Sherrie has touched the hearts and lives of all ages by bringing her love of Jewish & Yiddish folksongs and storytelling to area congregations, local Jewish organizations (Hadassah, B’nai Brith, Bnai Zion, Hillel) The Jewish Community Center of Dallas, and Golden Acres (formerly the Dallas Home for Jewish Aged). 

She has taught music and entertained in the local Jewish Day Schools, public schools, libraries, churches, synagogues, nursing homes and retirement centers and has served as soloist for a number of congregations throughout Texas for Shabbat and holiday programs and services. 

In 2003, Sherrie began providing Inspirational Music programs and healing sessions using her voice to create spiritual and meaningful experiences for her listeners. Her CD, A Moment In Time, captures the essense of these sessions, and is due to be released in the spring of 2009.                                

Sherrie is currently full-time chaplain and music specialist at Golden Acres, a nursing facility in Dallas, Texas.
